Summary

The Senior Warehouse Associate will work to efficiently move product through an assigned area to meet customer's standards. They are an expert in required functional areas of the warehouse and assist with training other associates. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization's vison, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

Train and mentor other warehouse associates, current and new hires.
Provide day to day technical support to warehouse associates in relation to standard process and problem solving.
Receive, pick, pack, inspect and ship products to customers
Verify and process customer orders to their specifications, ensuring accuracy of shipments
Track all inventory through the use of radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory
Meet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Leaders which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time delivery
Maintain the safety and security of all associates
Report to work on time and as scheduled
Support key warehouse areas as assigned
All other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and nonverbal
Problem solving skills
Basic math skills
Demonstrates expertise in required functional areas of the warehouse
Ability to move and lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of experience in a distribution warehouse
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Compensation: $19-20/hour (actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role)
