Resumen del rol
Buscamos un Business Analyst / Data Analyst que combine un profundo entendimiento del negocio con habilidades analíticas y técnicas.
Será responsable de analizar el desempeño de la unidad de negocio, generar reportes e insights accionables, y construir dashboards que faciliten la toma de decisiones informadas.
Responsablidades
Monitoreo y performance de despachos externos: Analizar diariamente el desempeño de los despachos de cobranza, comparando métricas clave ($Recovery Rate$, efectividad de promesa de pago y calidad de gestión) para identificar brechas de rendimiento.
Segmentación y estrategia de asignación: Analizar el comportamiento de la cartera para optimizar las reglas de negocio en la asignación de cuentas, asegurando que cada despacho reciba la tipología de deuda adecuada según sus fortalezas y capacidad operativa.
Análisis de rentabilidad por canal: Evaluar el costo-beneficio de la cobranza externa mediante el cálculo del ROI por despacho, analizando el impacto de las comisiones versus el volumen de recuperación.
Detección de patrones y optimización de procesos: Identificar tendencias en el comportamiento de pago de los clientes para proponer mejoras en las estrategias de contacto, ajustes en las políticas de cobranza o cambios en los guiones de negociación utilizados por las agencias externas.
Reportabilidad y KPIs: Elaborar dashboards y reportes ejecutivos que traduzcan la data de cobranza en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones, facilitando la planeación de metas mensuales y el seguimiento del cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
Análisis y generación de insights
Analizar los datos para entender el desempeño, identificar oportunidades y proponer mejoras.
Construir dashboards y reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
Desarrollar análisis ad-hoc para responder preguntas clave del área.
Comunicar hallazgos mediante storytelling con datos, orientado a la acción y toma de decisiones.
Autonomía analítica
Extraer y transformar datos mediante consultas SQL o análisis en Python (pandas, matplotlib, etc.) sobre el Data Warehouse (BigQuery).
Asegurar la integridad, consistencia y trazabilidad de los datos utilizados en los análisis.
Documentar reportes, dashboards y métricas para su mantenimiento y validación futura.
Requisitos
+3 años de experiencia en roles de análisis de negocio o inteligencia comercial.
Experiencia analizando datos con SQL intermedio (capacidad de unir, transformar y resumir datasets).
Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) para análisis y visualización (deseable).
Conocimientos básicos de modelado de datos y uso de Data Warehouse (BigQuery o similar).
Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización de datos (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
