    We're expanding our Agile Instructor force to meet the growing demand for our training and coaching programs.
    Put your Agile Coaching experience to use and explore opportunities to coach and teaching within the Agile curriculum.

    Learning Tree International is currently seeking Agile Coaches who hold any of the follow certifications:
    ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coach Certification (ICP-ACC)
    ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
    Associate Certified Coach
    Professional Certified Coach
    Master Certified Coach
    Responsibilities
    Instruction of Learning Tree courses following the course outline. Must be able to deliver virtual events from home.
    Coaching assignments of various duration for Learning Tree customers across North America.
    Assist, as requested, in the marketing of courses to prospective clients by providing information regarding course content.
    Communicate any resource/technical assistance requirements to the appropriate Learning Tree staff.

    Communicate, as required, with onsite client representatives prior to the class to identify any specific client needs, making suggestions for content modifications where required.

    Handle all attendee-related administrative matters satisfactorily, prior to, during and after course completion.

    Provide feedback to the proper department for any issues encountered.
    Provide technical reviews of class events where content modification may be required prior to subsequent offerings.
    Qualifications Required
    Excellent communication skills and hands-on technical experience and expertise
    Professional experience working with Agile teams.
    Ability to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching.
    Ability to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an Agile team.

    In addition:
    Must demonstrate thorough technical and subject matter knowledge and experience through subject matter interviews, course audits, co-teach and classroom instructor training
    Must be able to pass the ICAgile Instructor ICP-ACC Authorization
    Must be available and willing to travel
