    Job Description:


    1. Monitoring level 1 support emails and delegating to front office and back-office support teams across all regions.
    2. Creating and tracking incidents via service now
    3. Hardware ordering - responsible for receiving and delivering hardware.
    4. Coordinating new hires/interns/coops - working closely with TBM.
    5. RMA requests with various vendors
    6. Hardware inventorystock.
    7. Project coordinating, record keeping of deployments, hardwaresoftware rollouts.
    8. Desktop support with front-office and back-office staff.
    9. Collaborate with large diverse teams.
    10. Workstation moves, adds and changes.
    11. Highly motivated, energetic with great communication skills
    12. bility to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environment.
    13. Regular working hours vary between 6:30am - 6:00pm EST.
    14. Knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices and Trading desktop applications
    15. Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365 suite
    16. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially Citrix, RAS and RAPs
    17. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
