The Asphalt/Pave Box Operator will perform duties at parking lots by operating one or several types of equipment. The Asphalt/Pave Box Operator will communicate daily the project status with key stakeholders in the project.In addition, the Asphalt/Pave Box Operator will ensure that all materials are installed per specifications for the project and all work is completed with Rose Paving standards.
Skilled in automatic grade and slope controls, crown position, vibratory controls, extensions and cut off shoesTrucking schedules
Proper drainage and aesthetics evaluations
Must be versatile and able to control team operation
a minimum of 3-5 years related experience and/or training; Must have broad understanding of Rose Paving's business and proven abilities in the areas of preparation and installation of Asphalt.
