Health and beauty company located in North Scottsdale seeks a General Manager to lead and facilitate the establishment of the brand in the USA through Direct Sales. This role will also involve collaborating and expanding our network with new partners and distributors. Full time, $100K + equity.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience at an MLM (managerial level or above)
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field highly preferred
