As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering initiatives.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering teamExperience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
• Strong technical background in one or more engineering disciplines
• Proficiency in Autodesk product software, preferably Autodesk Inventor
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and experience with data collection and interpretation
• Excellent problem
