    About the Job:
    Staff Physical Therapist
    Mid-size community hospital known for supportive leadership and promoting quality of care over productivity
    Cover acute and pain management center
    Open to training for the right candidate
    Highly collaborative environment
    Work closely with CRNA
    Top priority is quality patient care

    HR Related / Perks:

    Pay:
    $85,000 - $115,000

    Sign-on bonus: $10,000


    Relocation:
    $4,000

    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 40 hours
    4+ Weeks PTO
    3% Retirement Match


    Minimum Requirements:
    Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
    Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
    Active Physical Therapist License in state where services are rendered
    Demonstrated clinical competence
    Critical thinking and sound judgement
    Work well under supervision and with a team
