    We are seeking a Cutter Operator for 2nd Shift (2:
    30 PM – 10:
    30 PM).

    A qualified

    Flat Cutter Operator

    will be able to perform the following tasks:

    Lays out job to be cut on the trimmer machine
    Inputs information determined by sheet images into trimmer computer
    Removes paper stacks from skids and places them in trimmer to cut job
    Operates stacker by taking paper from trimmer and loading into stacker; this paper is stacked onto another skid
    Performs preventative maintenance of the flat cutter machine
    Performs clean-up of machine area
    Assist with training others as needed
    Maintain a clean working environment
    Perform additional tasks as assigned
    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent
    The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    Capable of standing for long periods of time
    Ability to read and take measurements in standard and metric
    Positive attitude and a focus on quality
    Able to operate independently and as part of a team
    Able to read and follow job tickets, labels, and instructions
    Demonstrate the ability to focus on the task at hand and maintain consistency
    Good understanding of all Bindery functions/procedures
    Good organizational and time management skill
    Be able to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule
