    We are seeking a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Intern to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Analytics Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence, with a particular focus on Microsoft Power BI.

    What You'll Do

    The future is uncertain. And that's where we come in. Analyzing data. Anticipating what's possible. We're here to solve what's next and get ahead of the toughest challenges we face. As an Intern your responsibilities may include:

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements.
    • Work independently and collaboratively with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
    • Perform data analysis and interpretation, using statistical techniques where necessary.
    • Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Current pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
    • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Work from home 100%.
    • US Citizenship is required to apply.

    Desired Skills & Expertise

    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric System (e.g., Power Apps, Power Query, Power BI; including DAX)
    • Experience conducting analysis using Excel, PowerBI, or related software.
    • Ability to balance multiple projects and competing deadlines.
    • Acute attention to detail with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrate initiative, uncompromised integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
