    About the Role:
    The A List is seeking a highly effective, collaborative and friendly Account Manager in Special Projects and Events. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company. This role is responsible for managing multiple accounts in the Events department. Brand categories include fashion, beauty, health, wellness, food and beverage. This is a talent relations role, not an event production role.


    Roles + Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage accounts on the Special Projects and Events team, overseeing day-to-day client management
    Thoughtfully cast talent for events and seeding projects, based off client goals: aesthetic, brand awareness, conversion, etc. and oversee heavy outreach efforts
    Manage special seeding projects targeting high-performing talent who elevate and convert for brands in markets all over the world
    Upkeep wrap reporting for various clients — analyzing + summarizing data (calculating total impression #, examining trends, gathering feedback, and sharing insights, etc.)

    Support on celebrity and digital influencer programs and events including (and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, ideating talent lists, working on site at events, booking travel & cars for talent, submitting invoicing, etc.

    Identify and keep up to date with social media trends, rising talent and pop culture
    Help define, design, and activate scope-of-work and budgets while level-setting client expectations
    Manage project billing grids from kickoff through project closeout
    Assist on-site at events with talent greeting, client management and overall guest experience


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
    4+ years relevant job experience in Event Management and Guestlisting
    Must have preexisting industry contacts and relationships with agents, publicists, managers, and talent
    Excellent communication and time management skills
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment
    Must possess an understanding of existing social media landscape including new and innovative tools, platforms, technologies and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook)
    Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
    Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment
    Knowledge of G Suite, Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
