    Job Summary:
    The maintenance technician is responsible for minimizing downtime on the production machinery. They must possess great troubleshooting skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
    Minimize unplanned downtime through preventive maintenance practices.
    Manage new projects like installing hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical systems.
    Create preventive maintenance programs as required.
    Do daily/weekly/monthly/yearly PMs on-time without supervision.
    Respond to unplanned downtime with urgency.


    Requirements:
    Three plus years' experience working with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment is desired.
    Proficient in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
    Minimum of three years electrical experience.
    Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic, blueprints.
    Flexible and responsive with changing priorities. This includes working additional shifts and overtime from time to time.
    Must be able to safely operate basic tools like drills, saws, torches, welding equipment, etc.
    Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
    Follow safety practices within companyMust be able to work on hot machinery.
