- Supports market/hospital leaders and outreach team members to effectively align and achieve goals by
- In coordination with Regional/Market Provider Relations and Market/Hospital leadership, develops quarterly
- Supports market/facility leadership in the strategic planning process to provide alignment insight, provider
- Develops a collaborative relationship with the Regional Director of Provider Relations to maintain structure
- Ensures timely documentation for outreach calls (meetings) and Issue Resolution Management into the PRM
- Supports monthly and quarterly face-to-face growth meetings with appropriate leaders to ensure a thorough
- Collaborates weekly (or as needed) with Market/Hospital CEOs to discuss trends, business growth opportunities,
- In alignment with Market/Hospital CEOs, continuously review and modify growth and expansion strategies.
- Attends weekly/monthly market, regional, and/or corporate Provider Relations meetings for enhanced alignment,
