    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Sterilization Service Technician contractor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive service success, improving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide service and support during field visits or dispatches
    • Perform routine sterilization services using Ionized Foggers
    • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks
    • Diagnose errors and determine solutions
    • Produce timely and detailed service reports
    • Document processes
    • Operate vehicles safely and utilize field automation systems
    • Follow company procedures and protocols
    • Collaborate with the technical team and share information
    • Understand customer requirements and provide recommendations
    • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
    • Respond to work order requests promptly
    • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

    Requirements

    • Previous experience with Ionized Foggers and cleaning/sterilization techniques
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
    • Ability to handle physical workload
