    We are a boutique accounting firm servicing the needs of high net worth individuals, their related business entities, and their diversified investments. We are seeking a d Administrative Assistant with prior Accounting and Tax office experience.

    Responsibilities:
    Manage in-house billing and maintain A/R for the firm utilizing Quick Books - Must be proficient in QB

    Organizing client tax files; must be familiar with source documents
    Scanning of source documents to tax program/E-Storage (Knowledge of CCH tax program a plus)
    Managing E-storage
    Periodically creating visually pleasing excel worksheets for clients; based on verbal direction. -Must be proficient in Excel
    Able to draft correspondence to government agencies and other formal documents
    Responsible for coordinating and mailing of the annual client tax letter and checklist -

    Must be proficient, know and understand Word Mail Merge well
    Answer phones; must have good phone etiquette
    Sort and distribute mail
    Filing
    Banking for firm and clients; must be able to travel to local banks 2-3 times a week

    Qualifications:
    Must have 2-5 years previous experience as administrative support - preferably in an accounting and tax office
    Must be proficient with Quick Books, Word, Excel
    Computer and Tech Savvy; able to learn software programs quickly
    Ability to prioritize and multitask as needed

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail

    Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, Bonus and excellent Benefits
