Who We're Looking For:
Codeworks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Desktop Support IV to join our team in Madison, WI. We are looking for individuals with 2 years of experience who possess strong remote troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with imaging devices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software/hardware/network requests and issues related to County-provided systems.
• Resolve issues/requests efficiently and in a timely manner; escalate issues when appropriate.
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to requests from multiple sources including phone, voicemail, email, and walk-ups.
• Install new PCs and laptops; replace end-of-life cycle equipment.
• Maintain inventory and dispose of outdated equipment per DOC policies.
• Maintain and close work orders in the DOC ticketing system.
• Receive oversight from the Field Tech Manager to ensure policy, procedure, and methodology adherence.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong remote troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with imaging devices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Deadline-driven with excellent multitasking abilities.
