We are a boutique consulting firm specializing in services to the not-for-profit sector.

Our associates move seamlessly between our search and strategy projects, one day performing research for a transformational plan and the nextscreening candidates for an organization's first Executive Director.

In between, they are intent on doing things other people might call "admin work," but we realize as the connective communication, process-building, and documentation that is necessary to execute and deliver results.

In this position, you will report to the Director of Search Services directly on ongoing searches and our Managing Director on strategy projects.

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:
Create surveys and compile results
Execute the interview and vetting process for candidates in our search pipeline.
Analyze survey data to create competitive analyses, candidate profiles, and other reports.
Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, panel interviews, offer negotiation and after placement coaching and reviews as needed.

Manage project logistics and notes in Monday.
Solid experience with Canva and MS Office (particularly MS Word & or Hubspot particularly helpful.

This is a full- time, on-site position based in Pasadena, California, with a firm range between $45,000 - $55,000 year, depending on experience.
