    We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Sanding Technicians. This role involves sanding vehicles prior to painting, with the possibility of supporting Paintline Technicians in prepping/masking and detailing.

    Salary Range:

    $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sand vehicles to prepare for painting
    • Support Paintline Technicians in prepping/masking and detailing

    Requirements:

    • Dependable and able to adapt to new situations

    Working Environment:

    This position is part of an independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee. As such, employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and rate of pay, are made by the independent franchise owner.
