Handyman is hiring experienced home improvement professionals who want to work independently with customers to complete their projects, while still working as part of a high performing team.

At Mr. Handyman you'll focus your time and energy on your current customer.

The office staff manages the marketing, answers all calls, qualifies leads, books jobs, schedules work and deals with insurance and paperwork.

We are an established, local, growing home improvement, repair and maintenance company that puts great culture first.
We fill the schedule. You perform quality work, manage your time, and take great care of our clients.
We provide the company van, gas, maintenance, insurance. You take it home and take care of it.

Responsibilities:
Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and home improvement projectsCommunicate with customers about scope of work and manage expectationsDeliver a premium and consistent customer experienceManage time to effectively meet deadlinesThrive in a fast-moving environmentOpen doors to future work

Job Requirements:

Strong 'multi-skill' Handyman background desiredStrong carpentry backgroundMust have/own 'day to day' tools of the tradeAbility to accurately determine time needed on various tasksStrong ability to prioritize and time manage projectsComfortable being client facing as neededTeam player who can work independently10+ years of paid professional experience preferredMust have own toolsCompensation:This full-time position offers steady work, competitive pay, company vehicle and benefitsCompany van, fuel, uniforms, paid vacation and holidays, bonus opportunities Compensation: $50, $75,000.00 per year For over 20 years, Mr.
