Minuti Coffee Eldridge located in the heart of Energy coridor ,Houston, TX, is looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier / Barista to join our team. If you have a knack for creating memorable customer experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do:
As a Cashier / Barista, you'll play a key role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere Minuti Coffee is known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a great experience for both customers and team members.
- Assisting with restocking supplies and inventory as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who brings a blend of skills, experience, and a positive attitude to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as a barista, cashier, or customer service position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our menu and brewing techniques.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable and punctual work ethic.
