- Atuar na área de Trade Marketing contribuindo para o atingimento dos objetivos de vendas, maximizando a presença dos nossos produtos no canal de atuação.
- Responsável por traduzir a estratégia da empresa no PDV através de análises, planejamento e ativações, melhorando a experiência de compra de pneus e aumentando as vendas dos nossos clientes e atraindo novos consumidores.
- Atuação também na comunicação 360 da marca que passa desde as redes sociais oficiais até o plano de comunicação executado pelos revendedores oficiais.
- Desenvolver calendário de atividades de Marketing (patrocínios, parcerias, eventos, lançamentos de produtos, feiras, convenções e workshops)
- Desenvolver calendários de atividades promocional por canal, que traduzam os objetivos estratégicos de Marketing e Trade Marketing em atividades táticas de vendas, respondendo apropriadamente com excelência em execução.
- Gerenciamento do Programa de propaganda cooperada (Dealer Coop), no qual hoje estamos trabalhando com 82 revendas
- Responsável pela equipe de promotores dos Key Accounts (MM), sendo que a atividade contempla: treinamentos, KPI ́s de execução, MPDV ́s e resultado.
- Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de parcerias que tenha fit com a área para propor campanhas nacionais.
- Garantir que os produtos estejam no padrão ideal de execução, com o portfólio e precificação correta, e de acordo com as normas de merchandising definidas no manual de execução garantindo uniformidade e alinhamento com as prioridades para cada Categoria.
- Responsável por digital/E-commerce e todos os KPI ́s envolvidos, trabalhando com conteúdo da marca, promocional e garantindo a geração de fluxo para a página do e-commerce.
- Realizar periodicamente visita as lojas de todos os canais para avaliação de tendências de mercado, atuação e execução da concorrência e comportamento do consumidor.
- Apresentar estudos aos clientes através de apresentações e recomendações de atividades que irão contribuir para o melhor desempenho da categoria. Identificar e corrigir através de ferramentas de sell out (giro do produto) as oportunidades a serem resolvidas nos pontos de vendas (estoque virtual, dias sem venda, ruptura).
- Responsável pelo planejamento e acompanhamento do Budget de Marketing em conjunto com a área financeira;
- Inglês avançado
- Espanhol avançado, desejável.
- Experiência de 6+ anos na área de trade marketing.
