    Senior Buyer

    Da Consorzio diventata una S.p.A. ed ha lobiettivo di garantire maggiore velocit e dinamismo nellideazione e realizzazione di prodotti e servizi sempre innovativi e moderni nellambito della monetica e dei sistemi di pagamento.

    Stiamo cercando un **Senior Buyer** che riporter direttamente alla Direzione Finance. La risorsa sar responsabile della corretta gestione degli acquisti di materiali di consumo, di beni di investimento ed di servizi di consulenza oltre a supervisionare la Certificazione per il sistema di qualit aziendale. Nel dettaglio avr la responsabilit delle seguenti attivit:

    Coordinare le gare di acquisto e la selezione dei fornitori per gli acquisti oggetto di gara.

    Guidare le trattative con i fornitori e garantire il rispetto delle condizioni di fornitura concordate, in termini di tempistiche, di standard qualitativi e di quantit.

    Scouting di nuovi fornitori e aggiornamento dellalbo fornitori nel rispetto dei parametri aziendali.

    Gestire la valutazione dei fornitori per il sistema di qualit aziendale e in ottemperanza ai requisiti della L. 231.

    Ottimizzazione dei costi di approvvigionamento beni/servizi.

    Definire e negoziare, rinnovi ed integrazioni contratti.

    Verificare/predisporre i contratti di acquisto con i fornitori e subappaltatori, per laffidamento delle prestazioni di terzi (acquisto di servizi). Monitorare gli aspetti di forniture significative con la funzione Legale qualora sia necessario.

    Monitorare la gestione degli ordini di acquisto e garantire il rispetto dei lead time previsti.

    Verificare in collaborazione con il Finance le richieste di acquisto e il relativo budget per Business Unit.

    Elaborare la reportistica settimanale e mensile relativa a prezzi di acquisto e fornitori.

    Promuovere il miglioramento della strategia di approvvigionamento.

    Competenze richieste:

    Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di Senior Buyer in aziende strutturate del settore servizi.

    Conoscenza approfondita delle best practice del processo acquisti.

    Laurea in materie economiche.

    Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese.

    Esperienza nell'uso dei principali SW applicativi del pacchetto Office.

    Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative e reali capacit di negoziazione.
