    Description
    This position works closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Operations and all client Experiences Technology & Digital teams. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of consumer-facing websites, mobile and Digital marketing.

    Responsibilities
    Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for client Guests
    Perform basic splunk queries to extract data from server logs
    Attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks
    Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision
    Supports the ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and
    Content configuration
    Ensures appropriate review and sign-off of key results with partners
    Triaging defects that cross checkout platforms and ensuring each platform Product Manager has details to address issue with their studio
    Tracking priorities and backlog status for sustainment teams and filling in for team Product Managers as needed
    Fast paced teams with frequent work queue adjustments

    Basic Qualifications
    Effectively provide overall leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to delivery with quality on time
    Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced digital organization
    Experience working with complex content management or similar systems for building and maintaining website (including daily updates to copy, media and troubleshooting)
    Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases
    Comfortable working with bi-coastal and international teams
    Experience with Agile software development methodology: JIRA

    Education
    Bachelors degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience


    Compensation:
    The estimated pay range for this position is USD $70.00/hr - $77.50/hr and is an Exempt role.

    Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
