Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $55-65/hour
• Location: The Woodlands, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Scheduler: M-F / 40 hours+
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including 401(k)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Minimum of 8 years applicable post-graduate work in an in-house role, in a consulting role, or in a communications firm
• Sustainability or ESG experience is required
• Foundation experience is a plus
• Proficiency in goal setting, project management, written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated success in ESG KPI development, goal setting, measurement, tracking, reporting
• Experience creating successful partnerships with cross-functional internal and external teams for implementation of programs and practices
• Demonstrated success with cohesive analysis and assessment of impact using both key quantitative and qualitative data points

Responsibilities:

• Guide development of and administer the Client Community Foundation
• Administer Employee Donation Match benefit
• Guide development of and administer corporate charitable giving functions including, but not limited to, community outreach, workforce development partnerships with higher education institutions, targeted community support within operating areas, coordination with Employee Engagement Committee to organize and support employee volunteer efforts, etc
• Project manage materiality assessments, sustainability reporting, 3rd party assurance and the development of meaningful public disclosure strategies
• Create short- and long-term action plans to deliver sustainability priorities using a combined approach of research as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Optimize value to drive continuous strategic improvement
• Translate key sustainability messages into mediums for different target audiences (e.g., investors, industry groups, employees, etc.). Maintain consistency in quantitative and qualitative sustainability information across various communication platforms
• Perform analysis of external assessment scores which will support the improvement of existing and drive development of new sustainability programs
• Support internal communication to make key functions and employees aware of Client's sustainability initiatives and how different functions support achievement of Client's sustainability goals
• Use investor platforms and other publicly available data to measure Company performance against basin, domestic, and international peers; inclusive of demonstrating differences in the data inclusions for each company relative to reported performance
• Develop and support ESG method best management practices
