    PURPOSE: To provide ongoing daily support to the DDD Manager and/or Supervisor. Responsibilities include assisting with all billing and payroll duties in a timely manner. Assist with planning meetings, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. To ensure excellent service delivery by developing and maintaining relationships with members, direct care staff, and all personnel.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Experience and/or education in the field of education, social work, disability services, or related field

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    · Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    · Education and/or experience in data entry

    · Ability to travel to various work sites and member homes throughout the valley.

    · Must be at least 18 years of age.

    · Satisfactory background check

    · Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint card.

    · Ability to learn new data base and software applications.

    · High School Diploma or GED

    · Reliable vehicle


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    · General office duties including data entry, billing and payroll, electronic filing of company documents, updating of spreadsheets and reports to assist the Area Manager/Supervisor

    · Notification of hours to staff and members, approve on-line timesheets and maintain payroll error reports.

    · Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner and prioritize requests and notify Supervisor as necessary.

    · Send Habilitation documents to DDD once a month following secure email protocols.

    · Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet billing and payroll timelines.

    · Ability to work from home and maintain confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

    · Assist with staffing solutions and emergency coverage to include provider intake calls and preparation/attendance of hiring and interview sessions.

    · Prepare new hire packets and welcome packets and any additional mailings as requested by Supervisor.

    · Work as a team member with others to assist with duties as necessary and able to include but not limited to:

    · Vehicle inspections

    · Fingerprinting

    · Planning meeting preparation/attendance

    · Home Certification re-inspections

    · Follow all company and State policies and procedures including, but not limited to:

    · Reporting to work on time as scheduled and work all hours as scheduled.

    · Refraining from excessive absenteeism

    · Obtaining prior approval for desired time off

    · Maintain all records, logs, and other documentation as required by ISP's company rules and

    DD State policy and procedure.

    · Ensure that a clean and safe environment free from abuse, intimidation and harassment is maintained.

    · Maintain all training and certifications as required by State or Company policies and procedures including DCW training.

    · Maintain professional demeanor and protect confidentiality of member, staff and agency information.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:



    • This job operates as a remote tele-work position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate. This position also requires in-person meetings with members and families, and traveling to their homes.
