    Your Role: Key Responsibilities


    As a valued member of our team, you will:

    PT Business Management

    • Build and maintain an active client base.
    • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings, using our internal systems.
    • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
    • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

    Service and Hospitality

    • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
    • Enhance member experiences through personal interactions.
    • Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
    • Maintain a clean and safe fitness floor during your shifts.

    Professional Development

    • Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your skills and qualify for promotions.
    • Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

    Qualifications: What You Bring

    • Current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
    • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
    • Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
    • Basic computer and technology skills.
    • A friendly, energetic, and respectful demeanor.
