    Controller

    About the Company:

    CFS is working with a well established general contractor in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. They are seeking a controller to join the growing team and supporting their mission in building relationships and delivering exceptional products.

    Overview of the Controller Role :

    · Ensure consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data.

    · Be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

    · Manage day-to-day company accounts

    · Assist with financial planning

    · Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management

    · Create risk assessment models

    · Set and monitor KPIs

    Preferred Experience:

    • BS. or above degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
    • 5-6 years of proven accounting experience, including expertise in managing financials
    • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
