Job summary
The Patient Access Representative will coordinate scheduling and registration processes for patients of Associated Physicians (AP). They will identify customer needs and provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.Responsibilities include screening patient information for accuracy, scheduling appointments according to departmental protocols,
scheduling referrals and prior authorizations as required by the patient's healthcare provider;
