We are a family-run group of businesses seeking a highly organized, professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the front desk and administrative hub of our office.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, keeping an office running smoothly, and supporting a small team across a variety of administrative needs.

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Answer screen and route phone calls professionally
- Maintain shared office calendars scheduling for staff
