    Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Location: Middletown, MD

    Soliant is currently seekingdedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in Middletown, MD for the school year, with the opportunity to renew for the school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that involves working with K-12 students, and we have multiple openings available.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
    • Provide direct behavior analytic services, including behavior management, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction strategies, to clients in various settings such as homes, schools, and munity settings.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across environments.
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify intervention strategies as needed to achieve positive outes for clients.
    • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other team members on behavior analytic principles and techniques.

    Requirements:

    • Must have at least a Master's in Education or Special Education
    • Must have a validApplied Behavior Analyst (ABA) license.
    • Must hold a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst license.
    • Experience in a school setting preferred
    • Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
