- Supporting Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement initiatives.
- Contributing to the formulation of Scope of Work for subcontractors.
- Orchestrating field operations of self-performed and outsourced tasks whenever necessary. Providing prompt responses to queries from Superintendents, scrutinizing contracts, drawings, specifications, and other references for timely resolution of inquiries.
- Engaging with Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, and Owners to facilitate daily tasks for the project management unit.
- Crafting and tracking equipment, material, and information submittals.
- Compiling and disseminating Operations and Maintenance Manuals for clients.
- Attaining a comprehensive understanding of the contract, drawings, and specifications for projects.
- Assisting in the client and subcontractor change order processes.
- Maintaining and organizing all project documentation. This includes managing employee, vendor, and assorted files.
- Proficiency in construction principles is imperative.
- Ability to decipher and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, contracts, proposals, estimates, and other standard documents is essential.
- A degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field— or relevant work experience—is crucial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project is required; familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is preferable.

The salary bracket for this role is $39.46 per hour; however, the base salary may vary based on expertise, skills, and experience. This position is hourly compensated. A bonus may supplement the compensation package along with an array of medical, financial, and other benefits, contingent on the role offered. Base pay details conform to market standards.
