    We invite current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Portland Medical Center. This program offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.

    Through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience, you will learn and grow in your career. If you are a recent graduated RN with less than 12 months of experience, then this residency program is designed specifically for you.

    Work Details:

    • Full-Time position
    • Day shift available

    Compensation:

    The estimated salary for this role is between $49.77 - $73.13 per hour, plus additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

    As a nurse in our RN Residency Program, you will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes whole-person care and empowers nurses to deliver exceptional patient care.
