    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our food and butchering operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage deli counter, butcher counter, and catering operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Create and maintain menus that balance budget constraints, customer preferences, and ingredient availability.
    • Lead the team in providing outstanding customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Hire, train, and manage staff to achieve high levels of performance and employee engagement.
    • Establish clear goals and KPIs to drive business results and continuous improvement.
    • Maintain accurate inventories, food storage, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual Preferred
    • High school diploma/GED
    • Extensive previous culinary experience
    • Certification from culinary school preferred
    • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
    • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
    • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
    • Excellent management and leadership skills

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
