    About the Role

    Responsibilities

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses.
    • Manage medication supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are stored and disposed of according to policies and procedures.
    • Document patient care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A current Minnesota Nursing License.
    • CPR certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
    • Experience in long-term care (preferred).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Salary

    The salary range for this position is $33.89-$38.47 per hour for Registered Nurses and $26.78-$30.37 per hour for Licensed Practical Nurses.
