    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Delivery and Execution:

    Define product requirements, create user stories, Detailed design, Architecture documents and define acceptance criteria for new POS use cases as well as to support the existing Stores compute, storage, backup as well as BUILD and deployment tools & solutions.

    Define/build/maintain a very robust Automation & DevOps Framework (branching strategy, CI/CD tools stack, best practices) in the Stores Tech space to have a faster/seamless release to all the Stores in North America.

    Evangelize and execute on the product strategy and vision by providing specific requirements to support Papa Johns POS solutions pertain to North America Stores.

    Be the voice of our Store Tech Infrastructure by working closely with Store Tech Software Engineering teams and the business to understand the needs and then translating those insights to build product roadmap.

    Implement solutions to effectively Client the Security vulnerabilities and remediate using Industry proven tools/processes Defines service level objectives and KPIs for product to constantly measure their reliability and performance in production to monitor and produce insights.

    Implement and maintain a configuration and release management standards & tools in POS Infra eco system. Leverage your strong understanding of POS solutions/products knowledge from Infrastructure standpoint to champion innovation. Coach POS infrastructure engineers on current and emerging POS products/solutions.

    Build rapid prototypes to explore viability of solutions fit to product strategy and upon alignment from stakeholders scale the solution and productionize it Collaborates with Enterprise Architects and with Architecture Owners and creates meaningful architecture diagrams and other documentation needed for security reviews or other interested parties Support all audit & compliance activities including SOX, PCI and general internal control compliance Support and Enablement:

    Field questions from other product teams or support teams Monitors tools and participates in conversations to encourage collaboration across product teams Provides infrastructure support for production environments Proactively monitors production and lower life cycle environments service level objectives for products Works with vendors and open source community to drive infrastructure stability and implement feature enhancements in software products Proactively reviews the performance and capacity of all aspects of production: Stores OS, compute, storage Triages high priority issues and outages as they arise to find out RCAs using KPIS (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
