    Summary of Position

    This job performs general administrative and clerical work involving independent judgment as a representative for the Site Director. Provides assistance to students enrolled in CTC courses on CD.

    Minimum Required Education

    Bachelors Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required

    Minimum Required Experience

    One year administrative experience preferred.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

    + Ability to interact effectively with students and staff.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.

    + Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
