    Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team.


    The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills. The role involves making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing evidence-based interventions, and developing individualized care plans. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care activities necessary for independent living.


    A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required. Graduation from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association is also necessary.
