    $18 - $20 per hour

    Schedule/Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

    Job Description for Call Center Representative:
    We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Camden, NJ.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to answer customer and dealer calls, addressing inquiries, issues, and processing SAS contracts.

    Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with an outgoing and friendly personality.

    In addition to phone duties, individuals in this role will be required to complete specific processes and paperwork based on the nature of incoming calls.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable with heavy phone contact and can maintain calls within a 7-8 minute timeframe.


    Skills/Requirements for Call Center Representative:
    Personable with strong PC skills.
    Working understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    Previous experience as a customer service phone representative.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in computer navigation and quick program adaptation.
    Ability to think quickly on their feet, especially when handling customer complaints.
