    Job Summary

    The Stock Associate maintains effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.

    Stock Associates typically work three to four shifts per week on average, each shift being about four to five hours, but may work more or less depending on the time of year and needs of the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
    • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.
    • Stockroom: Process shipments, receive and unpack merchandise, and maintain inventory levels.
    • Communication: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain open communication.
    • Asset Protection and Shrink: Identify and report any losses or discrepancies in inventory or assets.
    • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
    • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Compensation and Hourly Rate

    The starting rate for this position is $15.50 per hour.
