Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures is currently seeking Park Service Specialists who are energetic and detail oriented.These individuals are the first and last touch point for our guests at Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures and therefore will require a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
The primary responsibilities include booking reservations, handling guest inquiries, harnessing guests for their adventure, ticket sales, retail sales, group coordination, group sales calls, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming guests to Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures and handling any guest inquiriesAnswer phones and make bookings for the Aerial Park and Zipline Canopy Tour using reservation softwareTicket sales and issuing rain checks using point of sale softwareRetail sales and retail inventoryGeneral customer service responsibilitiesKeep inventory and maintain Adventure Park and Zip Line Canopy Tour equipmentMaintaining a clean working environment and park facilities, including staff and guest spaceCoordinate with Adventure Sales Associate and Park Manager to facilitate groups and assist with special eventsWork with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memoryComplying with and enforcing the policies, procedures, and regulations of Bristol Mountain Aerial AdventuresAssist guests with harnessing for activitiesAssist with other duties in the park as neededRequirementsTo be considered the following qualifications must be met:18 years of age or older and prior work experienceAbility to engage with guests of all ages in individual and group settings while being creative and personableCommitment to safety and attention to detailMust have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skillsMust be able to assist guests up to 270lbs from the Zipline cables and pass a physical fitness testHave full range of motion and the ability to hike, climb, rappel, and assist guests at heightsMust have weekend availability and flexible weekday availabilityMust be able to perform all job functions for long periods of time in all weather conditions at heightsAbility to pass first aid course, CPR training course, and site specific Zipline course trainingPrior ropes/climbing experience is preferred but not necessaryHours:This position can require full time hours a week) during the high season and abbreviated hours during the shoulder seasons. Hours of employment are dependent on business demands.
Salary Description $15/hr.
