    Job Summary

    A skilled Data Analyst is sought to support a client in the US Intelligence Community. The successful candidate will perform data analysis and reporting, developing organizational strategy and roadmaps tailored to the client's needs.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct analysis and consultation for leadership through data collection, analysis, and methodologies to inform decision-making and process improvements.
    • Provide recommendations to streamline processes and standard operating procedures based on industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least 4 years of work experience in benchmarking, metrics, and reporting.
    • U.S. Citizenship
    • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
    • Experience providing guidance on visualization tools
    • Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools
    • Ability to leverage multiple data management tools to organize information and make decisions
    • Ability to translate complex technical findings into a narrative in graphical, verbal, or written form
    • Knowledge of data analysis and research design principles
    • Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

    Desired Skills

    • Demonstrated experience in the banking/finance industry

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings
    • Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region
