Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for coaching and guiding sales teams to success.
Reporting directly to senior Sales leadership, the Wealth Advisor will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives forward and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the sales and acquisition teams to achieve all sales goals.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
Assign territories and quotas to sales representatives.
Evaluate market trends and identify new client opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and goals.
Maintain a customer-focused approach and address customer needs.
Resolve any customer complaints or operational issues.
Requirements
Transferable Book of Business
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of direct financial planning experience required.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
