    As our Training Analyst, you will support process and technology standardization efforts across Physician Services by focusing on education and training to increase quality scores.

    In this role you will analyze educational needs and lead new auditing and training initiatives.


    Responsibilit i es :
    Training Focus + Development and initial roll-out of new program training and materials/templates. + Mentoring new trainers on new initiatives and programs. + Develop Subject Matter Expert skills as needed. + Assisting with building training materials for two or more business units and/or clients. Auditor Focus + Perform onboarding certifications of offshore operations auditors. + Conducts Quality Assurance on new auditors and/or new clients and leads calibrations. + Attends routine calibrations and resolves disputes for both offshore and onshore Operations.

    + Auditing of work performed by associates using revenue cycle knowledge and approved client standard operating processes (SOP) to assess associate understanding and process compliance.


    This could include:
    + Audit the auditor (ATA) and calibrations. + Claims processing, Accounts Receivable, or cash posting associate work. + Subject matter experts (SME)


    AND:
    + Lead continuing education surrounding general or specific revenue cycle training for auditors and/or associates. This could include in-person, virtual or instructor-led, and one-on-one training when necessary. + Understand and workflow related to end-user roles and work with SMEs and operations leaders to ensure the most current information is being conveyed. + Complete assigned work plan tasks within the scheduled timeframe. + Provide feedback to operations leaders regarding auditing and training performed and recommendations for future needs.


    Required Qualifications:
    + Associate degree or equivalent industry knowledge + Certification from a revenue cycle-focused organization such as HFMA, AHIMA, etc.(or obtain within 6 months of hire) + At least five years of successful revenue cycle experience within physician or hospital facility scope. + Strong knowledge of payer issues, regulatory, billing/follow-up processes, and compliance + Ability to present in front of groups. Ability to anticipate and field questions. + Understanding of the full end-to-end revenue cycle process + Demonstrated skills with back-end revenue cycle functions (Claims, AR, Denials, & Cash Posting) + Experience developing training material and documentation. + Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Computer literacy skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring other team members. + Ability to be self-directed, with exemplary time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $40, $63,822.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
