    About the Role: As the Business Development Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our operations. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and growing our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships within the community and healthcare industry, and increasing patient admissions through targeted marketing and outreach strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, community groups, and health insurance providers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and challenges.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Director or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or psychiatric setting.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the unique challenges of mental health services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving results.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
