- Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Current national certification and DEA are required.
- Minimum of two years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- An acute care facility that is designated as the only Level II Trauma Center for Contra Costa County and portions of Solano County.
- 554-bed hospital with a 44-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 65,000+.
- High acuity and a geriatric center of excellence.
- Sub-specialty cases include cardiac and peds.
- Epic EMR with Dragon dictation.
- John Muir Medical Center-Walnut Creek Campus is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), a national surveyor of quality patient care, is a STEMI receiving center, and an Accredited Stroke Center.
