We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Center Director—a clinical leader who will guide a team of behavior professionals and ensure the highest standards of ABA care for our clients.
+Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a clinical team including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
- Maintain billable hour targets and ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered
