    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the creation, editing, and management of technical content, including but not limited to reports, manuals, guides, and instructional materials.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), researchers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze information for content development.
    • Ensure all content adheres to industry standards, style guides, and best practices for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing content to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards.
    • Develop and implement content strategies, workflows, and processes to streamline content creation, review, and approval.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content creators, editors, and technical writers to enhance their skills and ensure quality output.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
    • Proven experience in senior content management, editing, technical writing, or instructional system design.
    • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), publishing tools, and software relevant to technical writing and instructional design.
    • Knowledge of industry standards, style guides, and best practices for technical content creation and management.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

    Salary $90,000-$100,000 dependent on experience.
