    Experience utilizing ADP RM or other ATS preferred.

    Working knowledge of recruiting and candidate searches in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

    SALARY INFORMATIONIn compliance with multiple state's wage transparency laws, the annual salary for this position will be $55,000 - $65,000.

    StateFloridaJob DescriptionSUMMARYUnder general supervision, provides departmental support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the CIT Division Office, including administrative support in the management and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and programs.

    Talent Acquisition Coordinator carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
    recruitment, talent acquisition compliance, and talent acquisition communications.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssists in the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions including coordinating temporary agencies, resume review, arranging interviews, sourcing candidates, initiating pre-employment criminal and drug testing, completing reference checks, posting positions on recruitment sites, and coordinating job fairs.

    Works closely with Talent Acquisition team to create recruiting correspondence template and streamlining the recruitment process.
    Identifies target schools and community organizations for strategic partnerships for internships and other company initiatives.
    Performs other duties in the Talent Acquisition Department as required.

    Contributes to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner.*Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed in a normal office environment with minimal physical risks involved. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.

    Carlisle Interconnect Technologies is a clean facility, housing different machinery, equipment, processes, and chemicals which produce potential hazards in the work environment such as:
    ergonomic, chemical, machine point of operation, and powered industrial vehicle traffic.

    These hazards are controlled through means of engineering controls, such as machine guarding, and administrative controls, such as safety policies and programs.

    In certain areas of the facility, employees are required to wear Personal Protective equipment such as Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses, Safety Toe Shoes, and hand protection.
