    We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT department and oversee all technology operations within our organization.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful IT strategies.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
    • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new systems and infrastructure
    • Ensure that all IT projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed

    Requirements


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
    • Indepth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
    • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
