- Supervise daily operations and service delivery.
- Ensure staff provide top-quality care and comply with all regulatory standards.
- Establish and uphold patient care and service standards.
- Act as a patient advocate to address care issues.
- Identify and implement processes to enhance systems and patient care outcomes.
- Support budget development and resource management.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies for cost reduction and care improvement.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Implement policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in determining service levels and daily operations.
- Address human resource, safety, and risk management matters.
- Minimum of two (2) years in ambulatory care or relevant clinical experience.

- Completion of Kaiser Permanente Southern California Postgraduate Fellowship in Health Care Administration.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- California Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association.
- Familiarity with Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Experience in Anesthesiology, Perioperative, and Supervisory roles in a healthcare setting.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Rotating on-call schedule, including weekend shifts every 3-4 weeks.
